Ilie Radu is the co-founder of Smart Dental Laboratory and has been in the industry for more than 14 years.
After completing his fine arts education and graduating with a bachelor in painting in 2003, Ilie completed his Dental Technician education soon after.
For as long as he can remember, Ilie has had a lifelong fascination of shapes, colours and photography. He sees the higher value of artistry and aesthetics in dental restorations and brings his sharp eye for fine detail to his porcelain work at Smart Dental Laboratory.
Before co-founding Smart Dental Laboratory, Amit Kasturi spent over a decade honing his craft at one of the most well-respected dental laboratory in Melbourne.
As indicative of his fearless drive to excellence, Amit loves quoting Salvador Dali – “Have no fear of perfection, you’ll never reach it.”
